I do not collect Globe jars but I do have four here and they provide some small indication of the wide color range that is available from this series. Globes range from clear (colorless) to black with some greens and rarely blue.
The jars on the outside are part of my crude jar collection. The other two are in my for sale group.

This is a good time to also show the difference in lettering on the Globes. The jar on the left is an early mold number (six) and the other is a sixty five.

Great jars George! A person could make an incredible collection of just Globes if they had the time and money. Anyone on the forums have any great Globe lineups?

Is the jar on the right what you would consider a typical amber for Globes? And the one on the left is lighter than normal? All of my amber Globes are roughly the same shade of medium orange/amber.

I do still have that super seedy blue Globe half gallon. It is probably my favorite crude jar in my collection, but needs a blue lid to go with it. I bet I never find one, so aqua will have to do.
