Has anybody downloaded this yet? It is very good.

Someone at work told me about it last week. It is really cool! You can type in any address, city, state, country, etc. and it takes you there, using satellite imagery. It doesn't cover every square mile of the earth though. Found a few places that had low quality images of certain areas.
