I also found this bottle yesterday and like the STEELE’s Compound bottle, I can’t find anything on this one either. Two in one day is odd! It is label only, full, and with box. My guess is -1880 again. Any info on rarity, value, age, etc. would be appreciated. Thanks as always!

Dr. Granger sold a few other products it seems- a Liver Regulator, something called "Vin-O-Vitae" (wine of life, was a quack mixture other companies peddled), and Uracura which I assume would have been a urinary disease cure. There's a 1906 Pure Food and Drug Act notice on the label and box, and it seems they were selling products still until at least 1914 from a druggist listing I found. No older than 1906 but no newer than the mid 1910's.

If anyone is interested in this bottle I listed it on eBay last night and it has a 7-day auction format.✌️
