I just came across this and thought this might interest some bitters collectors out there. Amber in this bottle is a fairly common event but green is rare.

That is a purty bottle for sure. I dug an amber one when I was a kid and still have it to this day.

Funny thing is I have always wanted to find one of these in that crude amber vein these come in. I have found many shards in crude crude crude amber, so on a dive a few winters back I thought I found a Townsends and it turned out to be this bottle in green. It has a spider crack on the base. I still have it today. Its just strange to find such a rare color while the common one has eluded me for so long now.
