What's a treadle pontil, Steve? I woulda thought it was just a blowpipe pontil mark.

An Amerian-made bottle for another medicine that started off British and crossed the Atlantic. This is identical to Lot 1317 in Greer (right down to the two reversed 'N's in CEREVISIA ANGLICANA) but a different shade of green. Huge oval iron pontil on the base. Also, unfortunately, a huge crack in one side and across the back shoulder, but people on a budget often can't be choosers. Displays beautifully.

Not really green, and not blue. But teal colored! At 15 inches tall, the tallest Willington I have seen. Graphite pontil.

Dark emeral green, teal blue/green, and light green pickles, all graphite or improved pontils. The middle one and one on the right are Willingtons.
