Help dating small Kahlua bottle

I can’t seem to find info on this small brown kahlua bottle with partial cork inside. Glass appears to have bubbles too. Any info would be so appreciated

Well that is bizarre. It looks like it's got a pontil, but Kahlua was only introduced in the 1930s. I'm pretty sure Mexican bottle-makers weren't using pontils in the 30s. I can only assume it's some sort of commemorative or promotional thing, but beyond that I have no clue.

It would be expected with a handmade bottle that has a pontil, bubbles are much more common to see even in 20th century bottles than pontils are.
