Can someone help identify. has a diamond on bottom maybe with and "I" in it and the #13 above it. I think it might have been from the Illinois glass co. I was more curious about year and what may have been it?

Probably correct with the Illinois bottle, hard to say what was in it maybe toiletry or perfume. My guess is around 1920.
