Help with identifying this

I have a couple of thoughts on this one... 1) antique and hand blown, possibly a device involving animal husbandry 2) same as first but having to do with either douching or enemas (hey you asked) .... 8o) my question to you is.. Is the small end closed or does it have a small openning?

Haha. The small end is open. Very interesting to say the least anyway
