My research turned up an application for a passport dated 1909 for Friedolin W Blesi, born in Switzerland 1868 and emigrated to this country in 1882. He lists his address as 1436 Madison Avenue, Covington, Ky. Occupation listed as "druggist".The census information that I found confirms this information.
Hope this helps.

DollarBill,
The dose cup could be dated earlier. Fred Blesi is listed in the Covington, Ky directory as an "Apothacary" in 1892 and he may have gone into business earlier.
