Very little insulator action on this forum, so here's a scarce high-voltage insulator made just before the turn of the 20th century.
The style is the 'Santa Ana' (CD 178), which is seen made by a couple other manufacturers. This one was made by Hemingray, and bears a prismatic embossing (patent date on rear), and sharp drip points. I don't believe there are many in the hobby, and the two I've seen offered for sale (besides this one) were quite damaged. Shame.
