These are all my truly dug finds so far. I'm going back to the dump (hopefully) tomorrow, so maybe they'll be more. Probably worth $.25 for the bunch, but so what. Sorry I couldnt do a pic, but my mom's got my camera.

left to right (All O-I)-

1930 Sauce

1955 Ketchup

1930 Perfume

1933 Poison.

For some reason, the ketchup was deper down than the poison, even though it's 22 years newer. Odd.

Because if it was from 1943 the 3 would have a dot next to it and if it was from 1953 it would be a "53". To tell the truth, I think it's my best dug yet, and a great-looking bottle. Do people keep those? I've never found another at my dump.

Well, from 1940 to 1946 they had the dot. In 1946 they stated making the date code with 2 digits ("46") and by 1947 they were all that way.

Oh, and here's my sole new dug. Spent too much time surface picking (Gotta break that habit!!) and not enough time digging. Dang!! That's alright, Yestarday I pretty much took all that's left of what I don't have. From now on, Im gonna spend my 45 minutes just digging.

Anyway here it is, a Smith Brothers Cough Syrup, circa 1930. Heck, at least it's embossed.

I actually used to have 2 more smith brothers, but unfortunately my dad accidentally donated them, so it was nice to find another. Ya it's in horrible condition, but I dug it and I'm proud I dug it. YAH!!
