Lacated and dug an old dump behind some old colonial homes over the weekend...found some nice stuff in there...a few local blob tops (one in amber), a couple dome inks, a few old medicines and chemical bottles, a nice SJP Master ink in emerald green, and some other unembossed linaments. Get out there and dig while you can guys...winters not far away now.

Just wonderful collection of finds! So beautifully displayed and lighted too-great photography! Fall in NH - sigh! That looks like a little pressed glass salt shaker in the center foreground. Very pretty!

Thanks Bluebelle....I have been metal detecting for 10 years and bottle digging for 2 years...I didn't know what I was missing until I started digging bottles, the sight of an old pontiled bottle emerging from a 1840's dump site really gets the blood flowing.
