Hey something different, bottle ID help!

I have quite a few bottles that I have always wondered about ID wise. I really just collect them because, well I like bottles not for some monetary reason. That being said is there anyone out there who could help identify this one for me? It stands 12 1/4"H x 3"W and is forest green. The bottom has an anchor with a loop at the top (no "H" with it), an "F" and the number 167. There are 4 raised rings: one 3 1/2" from the bottom (which is a raised pedestal base, btw), one 8 1/2" from the base at the collar, then another faint ring 10 1/2" from the base on the neck and finally the last at 3/4" from the top. The seam stops at this ring and does not go through to the top. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
