How old is it?

I'm looking to find a age on this measuring cup. This was a birthday gift eleven years ago.
The cup reads:
Front: CINNAMON DROPS
Back: It has a 1 cent inside a circle and say's MEASURE underneath
It's made with Vaseline glass (Black light tested)
Any info would be great. I also have a clear one. A little different (REPO?).
Looking for other to add to my collection!
