I FOUND PINT SIZED BOTTLE IN CALUMET MI. IT READS JOS JAMES BOTTLING WORKS RED JACKET MICH . I SEEN THE OTHER MAKER MARKS OF THIS BOTTEL IN MY ILD BOTTLE BOOK BUT I CANT FIND ANY INFO ON MAKER MARK ( J. J ) ANY HELP WOULD GREATLY BE APPRICIATED.

That's a extremely Common Hutch, The J. J. is not makers mark but stands for Joseph James. The makers mark should be in very small letters at back side near bottom. I got about 5 different variations of this bottle, comes in Quart size also. LEON.

I dont see a maker's mark on it . My local bottle book is saying that it is scarce 25-50 bottles found. But it is an older book and a lot more may have been found.

I've seen so many they all seem Common to me. Except maybe #430 on Hutchbook. Your's looks like #425. I've got that same Bottle. Your book came out in 1978 & revised 1992. even though Hutchbook may call it scarce I'd still call it common myself. Hutchbook might of just used that book for it's rarity rating since it mentioned it in description. LEON.
