Been a few years since I once had a Purple "Whitall Tatum #1
Mine was repaired a little and sold it for around $40.00 I beleive.
See one in antique store today for $35.00 in good shape.
Are they worth more nowadays.
Thanks
Dave

those will normally go for around $20 today in mint condition as they are newer insulators. They are still nice but you could get 1 for cheaper than $35[;)]

Someone told me those are the most common for turning purple. Was it SCA, or purple glass?

Sorry for delay in reply, yes it was sun colored. Then again I also found a Whitall
Tatem #1 in a junk store, it was clear and would not suncolor, Thanks.
