Regarding Post #25 & Post #26 , This Insulator looks to me to be a U-109 from investigating on the National Insulator Assoc. website.
Although the one pictured is "white" . Can anyone tell me if this brown one is rare or common and the potential value.

The white version of U-109 is the more difficult to find. The brown one is pretty common and would sell for no more than a few bucks.

Generally speaking, porcelain values tend to be lower than glass because you have a smaller collector base and less demand.
