Found this jar with a friend, no pictures at this time, but here's the discription,
Pint size masons improved with a cross between masons and improved, aqua In color, embossed on the base with pat. Nov 5th 1858, I believe, I could be off on the date a little. It also has an odd screw on the top, one I've never seen, I can get pictures soon

Sounds like a pretty common mason improved but the date should be nov 26 67 on the base, need pics to narrow it down. most values for an aqua pint are in the 6-8 dollar range.

If the jar is a midget mason it could be $35. A midget pint is the shape of a regular quart like a beehive. A normal pint is cylinder shape like a beer can.
An odd cover can be worth some good money.
I can’t tell you what you have without more info or pictures.

What about # 1729-2? It is base embossed PAT'D NOV 26TH 1867, but it has some ghosted embossing on the base, and ghosted HERO under the cross. That one must be super rare because it's listed at $1750-$2250.
