this was the other bottle i found on the weekend when in North Bay , this bottle wasn't marked by the seller as being from there but i though it was interesting and likely from Ontario . i also know someone with this name so it sort of intrigued me .
little about the Johnston's City Dairy can be found , is a listing for them in ontario dairy book from the 30's- early 40's which says there from North Bay, then they seem to disappear
not sure how big North Bay was in the 30's , calling it city dairy does seem off as one would typically think of toronto or ottawa as the big city not a place like North Bay but i guess some might of referred to it as a city back then
this bottle is the small version , is a full sized jug from same dairy , embossed " Johnston's City Dairy Limited "
