I came across this bottle last month and thought I should get it posted before year end. I've never seen the bottle before or even heard of the name, new discoveries are always so fascinating!
Here is what I know so far about kokor's ltd.

First appeared in the directories in 1932 and the address is listed at 717 Princess, New Westminster, BC
1932-1933... G B Gibson is listed as the manager
1934..... W E de Silva is listed as the manager
1935-1937 D Struchnski is listed as president.... spelling on the name may be incorrect as the archive page was not very clear.

The bottle itself is made by Consumers Glass and is a 6.5 fl oz size.

And here is a photo from the Vancouver archives dated 1932!.... This is the most amazing part as the photo reveals that Kokor's was the distributor for Howdy!!! Always wondered about that considering Country Club Beverages of Vancouver was the distributor for 7-up.
Kokor's appers to have only been around from 1932-1937, my bottle only shows New Westminster on it but the ddelivery truck includes Vancouver.

I don't know anything about it but know New Westminster was a fairly big city back then so not surprised it had some bottlers in the 30's . the bottle itself looks like it came from that era , neat find

Hey cool, I didn't know that one existed either. Always interesting to find out about a company I didn't know existed, whenever I feel like I know all the ones that existed another pops up.

Yes it is just amazing what can show up hey! Even after 28 years of keeping an eye out for bottles new discoveries can and will be made. What I'd like to see now is a Howdy bottle that Kokor's may have distributed!

Now that's interesting, I found an ad for the brand on a Facebook post which attributes it to 1924. They say it was related to the BC company but I think that's just speculation. I wonder if the name was chosen to vaguely resemble Coca Cola without violating a trademark?

(Also, wow, the text on that ad about giving kids all the sugary drinks they want!)

Nope not speculation at all, apparently Paul Kokor made a business deal with another person to open in New Westminster BC.
The name had nothing to do with Coca-Cola as this was his last name.
