There's but one solitary slot, and two California contenders.. so who will it be, the Napa Soda or the Pop Beer??

The phrase "Celebrated California Pop-Beer" certainly appeals to me a whole lot more than "Jackson's Natural Mineral Water", even though the former is hazy and the latter is nice and and clean. The Jackson's looks somewhat like a magnesia bottle and doesn't appear to be as old as the hutch (dunno though). I guess I should complicate things here and vote for the Pop-Beer, but both are nice (albeit out of place in a Jersey collection). [:)]

Hey Charlie,

I took a poll of all the folks in the room with me. It was Pop Beer by a landslide...

Yea Chuck. I've got nothing pressuring me either way. I got no stake in this so, you know my opinion is not slanted in any particular direction . . . I'm going with the pop beer too. Something about that Jackson's looks really modern. I'd put up the hazy but old looking hutch. Plus, how many hutches say pop and beer on them. Not many (I'm guessing).

Notice of bias. I collect hutchinson sodas.

Hi Charlie,
I am an outsider from Australia so not biased in any way but would go for the Hutch as the Celebrated California Pop-Beer wording is completely different to what you would expect on any bottle.

I'm in Cal. so I see a lot of Napa Sodas, definitely go with Pop-Beer. I guess that's what kind of beer fathers used to drink?

Being just as avid a collector of opinions as bottles, I thank each of you for the input.. I guess it's anonymous! I'll put the Pop Beer back where it was.. it's true the Jackson isn't quite as pretty or old.. the best reason I have to keep it is that it says Jackson, the township I reside in, and I'm almost certain there are no embossed bottles from here, except maybe a few from older localities within the present day township ..maybe..
