Yup, Phoenix closure. I have several of them from Ohio breweries. The farthest west I have seen one is St. Joseph, MO, just north of where I live. Scott

Thanks guys! That's why I come here - fast accurate info! I'm guessing that the original closures are tough to find, and probably worth more then the bottle itself. I can also see why the crown cap survived and this one did not. Although some of the veterinary bottles I get for my turkeys have a sort-of, kind-of, but not really similar seal. A rubber stopper with an aluminum cap crimped over that.
