DOES NOT SAY FORMALLY MOSES ATWOOD

They are fairly common. You can find alot of variants of Atwoods bottles.
Someone recently posted a pontiled version of one.

GOOGLE"PONTIL BOTTLES" AND A GOOD MANY LINKS WILL POP UP...A PICTURE IS EASIER THEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN IT...IT DOES HAVE TO DO WITH THE BASE OF THE BOTTLE..A PONTIL LOOKS LIKE A HOLE WITH JAGGED GLASS AROUND IT...MADE UP TILL RIGHT AT THE CILVIL WAR PERIOD...SO ONE CAN GO WAY BACK...HOPE THIS HELPS A LITTLE...JAMIE
