Those photos are so unfortunately small. Blown way up, they're too small to convey any information. Take one of the whole bottle. Base, lip etc. Make them larger.
Maybe this size:

Welcome.
Clarion PA 1933 is my idea so that's something to start with. Did it or you come from that region? If so let us know. It would make a search a lot easier. Also a having an idea of how it was made like embossed or plate mold embossed, ABM or BIM etc. would be good. Got any actual pictures?

Are there resources to research the location/history of Claycomb's Dairy?
Yes, there are. You're standing on em. Go talk to the older dairymen in the area. Go to the library, local historical societies. Go to Altoona and search the paper archive.
Milks are a local thing. The bottles, as a general rule, didn't travel too far from where they were sold.
Try the Claycomb Genealogy route.
Y'all have your own covered bridge, there's probably folks on both sides that could provide information to you.
Where's the photo of your milk?

This would be a plate mould. It's made on an Automatic Bottle Machine (ABM) at O-I as previously noted.
I can't make out this lettering on the heel:
What's the best way to raise the lettering to read?
