Miniture Stein / info please

This one is really cool it stands 2 1/8 tall with a 1 3/8 opening at the top it has a lion on each side with four dragons I think two on each side. It is stoneware with blue accent and brown trim, not sure this one looks OLD!!! May be before 1900 any one seen anything like this? Also it had a top I think there is still some sort of pin in the hole in the handle, I dug this up and looked hard for the lid probably why it got thrown out.

DIGGIN'...yer pic is kinda fuzzy, but it looks like a "kinderkrug".
.... to mean steins or mugs specifically made in Germany for children.


I have a copy of an article written by a collector of these small steins....can email it to you if you care to read it.
