ONE QUART Liquid bottle and small Gordon's...any information?

On the first, I see: "ONE QUART Liquid" bottle one on side, then "SEALED BB48" on the other side lower down...bottom has "17 48 1" and that marking that looks like Saturn (what does that mean?)...it looks like a wine carafe but most likely milk?

One the other says "FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS SALE OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE" "GORDON'S", GORDONS down each side,

The first bottle is a classic quart milk bottle. The "Saturn" you see is an Owens-Illinois glassmaker mark, the largest in the country at the time. The 17 is the factory code and the "48" (or 46, hard to tell in the pic) is the date code- this one being 1948. The second is a Gordon's Dry Gin flask; probably a bit newer, with the B in the circle being a Brockway Glass Company logo and the "57" likely being the manufacture date.
