Interesting whimsey piece, it's mouth blown (no pun intended), pontiled and probably dates from the early to mid 1800's. It has ED, and doesn't stand up too well hence the wear marks on the sides.[sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif] [sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif]
[sm=lol.gif] I thought it was a space shuttle Gary when you first sent me a picture of that piece from your string and can phone!! In the email it looks different...... in this photo.........uh it it still looks like the space shuttle[] .......I bet you the guy that gaffed it felt quite gay in doing so!!! How could he face his fellow glass workers with this thing in his mouth puffing away.. Must have brought tears to the other Germans there.
