This was a little too close. Stunned me for just a second because it's my name and last inital. Sure glad there was more engraving on the stone. (no pun intended)
There were only 5 markers here and one stone had 3 diffrent names and 3 different dates. Why would this be? Anyways, Just over the hill is the old schoolhouse. Where's the dump?[] Even my counterpart on the hill, James, wouldn't help me.
Sure had a killer day. put 700 rnds through my .45. a couple hundred through a .40 S&W, 9mm, Mach 17,. 223, and a .308 Savage. Oh yea, found 2 Hemmingray 20 insulators []
Climb any telephone poles lately?
Could the three names on the stone be b/c it is a family stone. Likewise three family members in the burial area and/or coffins stacked ontop of one another possibly. Good luck with the school house. Litter/dump sound be in the back. Probe it. Madpaddla
Nice insulators. They dont have much value, but on the back, where it has the small "42" take the number of dots placed after it, add them to 1942 and you will get the year it was made. For example, if it has 7 dots after the 42 (or whatever the number on the right side on the back is) the date made would be 1949......
This does not work for all insulators, only a few certain types of hemingray insulators.....
