I was surprised at the lack of any online article that traced the history of the company in detail. The biggest question I have is when did the Anglo-American Drug Co. succeed Curtis and Perkins?

Perkins left in 1855 but they kept using the Curtis & Perkins name till much later.
Jeramiah Curtis & Co. turned into Anglo-American in 1880.
