I picked up this beautiful vase/bottle at a Goodwill store. I wonder if perhaps it is not a vase but really is a bottle.
I have spent hours/days searching all kinds of glass manufacturer identification websites to try to find the manufacturer based on the mark that is in the center of the bottom of the piece. I believe the mark is a V over a G on the left and a C on the right (about 3/8" diameter). The bottom also has the following letters/numbers around the edge of the bottom: 50cl 3 55mm 1 A
It is 11" tall with a 3" base.
It has a slight luminescence to it. On the vase is the raised image of what looks like the front of a church with one door with a round window above it and what looks like a small cross.
Please forgive my ignorance of terminology as I am by no means an expert (not even a novice) in glass identification.
Anything anyone can do to help me will be greatly appreciated as I am extremely curious about the background of this piece. I am embedding a pic and can send more detailed pics.
