New to collecting. Please help identify perfume bottle?

I recently moved to Panama and do a lot of scuba diving in the Caribbean waters around my home. There are literally hundreds of old bottles just offshore. I recently found a rectangle shaped bottle, clear glass, about 5 inches tall, that says "Lait d' Iris" on one side, "L.T. Piver" on the other, and "Superieur Aux Vinaigres", "Il En De Truit", and "Tousles Facheux Effetes" on the front. Going online I think that it might be a perfume bottle, but -i don't know if it is old or not. Any help would be appreciated.

My French is nearly nonexistant, but I believe it to be "Milk of Iris,"Superior Vinegar," something, something, something...

I am sure there are others here better versed in the language. Keep showing your underwater dive discoveries.

THE PICTURE IS A LITTLE FAR AWAY,BUT IT LOOKS LIKE A TURN OF THE CENTURY BOTTLE.[1900] NEED A CLOSE UP OF THE WHOLE BOTTLE AND A SHOT OF THE BOTTOM. ALSO :HOW TALL IS IT AND DOES THE SEEM OF THE BOTTLE STOP ON THE SHOULDER? THANKS FOR POSTING!!! JAMIE

Thanks for everyone's info. The bottle is 6 1/4 inches tall, and the seem goes past the shoulder, but fades before the lip. I will attach a few more photos, although the photo of the bottom is blurry.
