That Harpers edition I bet is worth a good chunk of change. I have a stack of these magazines in a box out in the garage somewhere. They are all from the nineteen thirties, and from what I remember of them, they are all boring, no interesting content whatsoever, unless you are heavy into politics...........
I had a harpers with union solders taking down the confederate flag at Millidgeville GA. which was the Georgia capital at the time.I traded it for a bottle I can't even rember what it was now. This happend when I was a good deal younger and a lot of days were pretty fuzzy! IT is possible I even hallucinated all of it!I am glad I survived the 60's!
Hey all yes the Harpers is a wonderful piece of history . The reason I really post was a day or so after the pic of the old auto tag was posted I came across this one beside a old set of steps .No match for the Harpers but I thought it was cool and to find it just after reading about a post of one.Thanks and good luck diggen all. bill
