Owens-Illinois Oil Bottle

Hello all, I picked up an old oil bottle, sadly no oil company name, from a shop and I think it is from 1950, maybe. the code on the base is plant #7, I inside the O and the year code "0". Also the base has stippling. Or could this be 1960 because the I in the O started in the mid 1950's. Or because it's an oil bottle all bets are off. Thanks for any help.

baseballed, can you post a pic of that bottle? Since it has the "I inside an O" mark (without the diamond) it would have to be after 1954, so I would vote for 1960 or 1970.
