Peachstone Liniment Dallas Texas

Found a (broken) Texas medicine today embossed "Peachstone Liniment/Hickox & Patterson/Dallas, Texas". Never seen this one before...how common are these?

Yeah...I wish. The area I found this in has been "scrambled" sometime in the past and whole bottles are not commonly found...I dig it because when we do find a whole bottle, it is typically a good one.

Found the following listing in the 1884 Dallas Directory:

"Hickox & Patterson (Milton H. Hickox, William H. Patterson), druggists, chemists, mfr Patterson's Peach Stone Liniment, 601 Main cor Lamar."

Extremely rare. I have a med coming that is related, but a different medicine. This is the first i have seen of this med.

Haha...sadly not the Paterson you are looking for. Nonetheless, pretty exciting to find that this is a previosuly unknown bottle...that is why I lug home these shards! Thanks all for the information!

I was wrong the bottle I have coming is one of these. About how tall would you guess the whole bottle to be? The one I am getting is probably 4" tall or so.

The shard is about 4-5" tall, so the bottle would have been about 7" tall or so.
