pontiled pitcher

Can anyone tell me the age of this 3 and a half inch cream pitcher? I just picked it up at my grandparents house. Pretty sure it has some age to it. Anyway to tell by the form or glass? Thanks for any info.

Why don't the images show up in the post without having to d/l them? What am I doing wrong?

I got mine from my step Grandparents house and its blue,boy it looks really old I am excited,I hope I get this right Guntherhess,I placed a check mark next to the embed picture in post box........... then click here to upload I found the picture in my files Ok here goes tell me its old Guntherhess

This is the bottom of the creamer. You know come to think of it mine is the exact same size almost as the other one on here.And the form and shape everything is the same wow what a coincidence go figure.You would almost think the same person made both of these............. Ah what are the chances of that, why thats like the Yankees losing a playoff series..............hey wait

thats definitely old wistarrat. it does have a pontil, but i am certainly no expert with pontils. i believe its what we call an open pontil but someone please correct me if im wrong. dont know exact date but probably around 1850s-1860s
