That Wolf 12 sided beer is killer! Were any of the other panneled beer shards marked as well? My heart would have been racing while digging through that bunch of shards in that hole. Excellent finds Leon

I haven't looked at all the shards so not sure if any other names are on them. I wonder if the Wolf is from Detroit or Milwaukee? Anybody know where the BURR is from? LEON.

Was waiting for somebody to ask that. Was excited to finally dig a whole one after 10-15 broken ones. Ends up the top was broken off & then ends up it was a slick with no name. Considering this I re buried it in a shallow grave. Total bummer. LEON.

OMG Leon you're killing me,
Even with the top lopped off I would love a stoneware beer like that in my collection. You could've sanded/ground the top down flat and put a period lip on it so it made nice eye candy in the display case, but alas to each his own and I am happy to see someone is still able to dig. I've got fresh snow in NH so digging is out for me until spring.

Please keep showing us your great finds ????

I got maybe 1 more weekend to dig & then it will probably be snow city until Spring. After I re buried it, I then thought maybe one of my tops in my box of broken Stonware Ginger Beer Shards would fit it. SO, I unburied the reburied gem & brought it home. Still sitting on my back porch & have not yet tried another top? LEON.
