R.T. Lacy Lithia Water

I heard from a water bottle collector who has a cobalt Buffalo they would consider trading. He is looking for a "R.T. Lacy New Kent County, Va Propreitor Belmont Lithia Water " bottle. I can't say I've ever seen one or heard of it, I did a quick web search but didn't hit. Anybody here know anything about it?
