This bottle is not in my collection, I simply tumble cleaned the inside for a friend to get rid of that white haze that does not come out with a normal cleaning.
Ray's Leader is a quite rare bottle that is 12 ounce in size and dated 1940.
Ellington is a small city in Missouri just south of the Mark Twain National Forest on Route 21. The only ad I could find for the company is out of Winona, Mo farther southwest near Rtes 60 & 19.
The name in the ad is mis-spelled as it should read Massie. Ray L Massie was in the Coca Cola Bottling business for 50 years having operations in Ellington, Salem, Mountain Grove and Rolla, Missouri
