Picked up four different bottles at estate sales this last week end. Questions on each?

The seltzer is labeled GULF COAST BEV. ST PETERSBURG FLA, CONT. 26 OZ, BOTTLE NOT TO BE SOLD, CONTENTS ONLY, PICTURE OF A PALM TREE, etching is faint in places. Dispenser says JAYSON'S BEV. Bottom of bottle says BOTTLE MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA. Any idea on age, value and if it is rare or not

The paper wrapped one is embossed with LUYTIES-ST LOUIS under the paper (I x-rayed it) did not want to remove the original wrapper and string tie, I think it also has the original cork. Any idea on age, value, common or scarce.

The clearer one says S.B.A on it and SEATTLE BOTTLE ASSOCIATION around the bottom. I think this is a soda bottle? But I can not seam to find any info on it. How old is it.

The light blue one does not have anything on it's side's but on the bottom it has a A.B.C.M CO and K6. Is this a soda bottle? How old is it? Does it have any value?

Thanks

Well I have answered a few of my own questions, but not all of them.
The Seltzer I figure is valued some where between $25.00 to $50.00. Still don't know if it rare or not.
The paper wrapped LUYTIES is from 1896 (stupid me) it says it on the label!!!![&o][&o][&o]
Still can't find any info on the SBA
The light blue one is A.B.G.M CO K6. (not A.B.C.M) found where it is from the early 1900's. Still not sure if it is Soda or Beer thou.

In aqua they are common, cobalt blue colored ones sell good on ebay & are harder to find. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1886-93-A-B-G-M-CO-Adolphus-Busch-Glass-Mfg-Co-Liquor-Bottle-Tooled-Top-/251222639456?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a7e094360
