Scammer or honest mistake?

Here is a picture composed of photos from both auctions put next to each other, am I wrong or is that the same bottle with the color changed??:

looks like its just poor use of photos to me, dont think its anything devious.

Looks like a mistake to me... The top picture on the 2nd auction is obviously the correct bottle for that auction...

If I were interested in it, I would email the seller to be sure...

Look at the reflections of the lights on both bottles. Most of the light reflections are in the same location compared one to another. Some are dimmer in one picture than in the other, but in respect to each other, they are in the same location. Also, the brighter one was taken with a flash so that would account for the additional lights and some of the other reflections being different from the other.

Even the wood grain on the table matches.

I would say that they are the same bottle or identical bottles sold by the same person photographed in the exact same location.

I would email the seller asking them to send you a photo of both bottles in the same photo side by side.

I think the bottom photo was a mistake in the second link. the top pic is what's for sale and completely different. These are the two for sale.

You are correct , the first one is flash, the second one is yellow incandescent light.

Yeah, Just looks like they mixed their photos up. If your interested in them just send an email and ask whats up.

Who ever they are I'm quite sure they have already been critique out of there mind.
