If anyone out there hasn't contacted me yet and would like a sample of The Soda Spectrum Series print edition (dedicated to soda pop collectors), the offer still stands for anyone that didn't already request a sample back in the Fall.

I still have about half a dozen copies of the Fall 2008 edition - I'd be glad to send a sample to you if you're a soda bottle collector/enthusiast and would like to see what the Soda Spectrum Series is all about.

Hi all - I'm working on our upcoming Winter 2009 edition of The Soda Spectrum Series. All the details at: http://www.sodaspectrum.com.

Tons of stuff coming up including:

- a feature story about 'Big 4 Line' soda from the 1930s
- part II of Jerry Reeves' Barq's root beer history
- a great story (also by Jerry) about styrofoam label bottles from the past
- sex in soda advertising... A great story by June Frost about some risque Pepsi ads from the past, and other sexy soda stories
- A look at Ali soda from 1978
- a peek at some odd soda-related pinball machines from the 70s and 80s
- a story about Sport Cola
- report and photos from the Toronto Nostalgia Show & Sale, February 22/09
- 50 years ago, 50 years from now... what will soda collectors be looking for?

...and a ton of other stories that are still being finalized.
