some finds

well, no digging all week .. but did swing by a local antique mall and picked up a few goodies.

couple semi-local ACL bottles. ( no pics, sorry ).

did score this 6 pak of Pepsis for 9.60 .. thought that was a fair price for clean bottles.

got a small medicine or ? bottle - pics did not come out, it;s a " Harris / Flavor / Binghamton, NY " .. clear embossed, local to me, so could not pass it for 1.50 .

cool early Crossman soda ( pics below ) .

and, this pumpkin seed flask - slick, but great aqua color, and nice bubbles ( personality, lol ) . think I did ok at five bucks ?

hope to dig some this weekend, not sure on what will turn up, or where we'll be digging. oh well....

Hey those are some pretty cool finds....I was wondering if the top of that crossman soda is a blob top? I recently dug a bottle up similar to that but with no embossing....it's late 1880-1890. ice blue color, lots a air bubbles and had a Hutters ceramic stopper on it.....

Geeeez...I just realized you already commented on my bottle...oops! lol ....Oh well just saw yours and it reminded me of the one I found....

Did not think this one was as large as yours, although it is labeled 28 oz.

it is not a blob top - here is the best pic I took ( I'm still at the office, and the bottle is home, so....
overall a neat find - would be more cool if I'd dug it instead of purchased it, but gotta get a fix somehow, lol.

might get out to do a lil digging tonight, we'll see.
