Nice sunken panels, too bad their empty. Label on back reads:
Caution to dispensers
Any person refilling this bottle with, or dispensing therefrom, any substance other than the GENUINE Lactopeptine, N.Y.P.A., renders himself liable to prosecution for obtaining money under false pretenses and will be dealt with accordingly.

Also a label on back about how product is liable to precipitation, because of the strength of the product. Still remnants of product in bottom.

Those are some great bottles! I have no information to offer aside from the extremely obvious, which is that your Heroin bottle was probably an antitussive medication and would fetch a very pretty penny if advertised adequately. Diacetylmorphine was one hell of a drug, and nowadays carries quite the stigma which makes such product containers extremely desirable. I would appreciate if you could relate the weight in grains (or a fraction of a grain, which it appears to be) of the heroin contained per ounce. I think a grain is around 63 or 65 milligrams, so that medicine probably packed quite the punch assuming that one ingested an ounce or so!

The label actually says 1-8 GR. of Heroin Hydrochloride and 8 GR. of Terpin Hydrate. I don't know if that's 18, 1 to 8(I doubt) or 1/8, but there's some left in the bottom of the bottle. Also says "Average dose in coughs, 1 fluidram (4 mils) every three hours. Thanks for responding. I'm still hunting info on the Psychic tablets if anyone knows about them. I have dug several of the bottles, but never knew what was in them til now.

The 1st and 3rd bottles seem pretty uncommon, the 2nd one is fairly common.
The narcotic labels always sell well.

That's pretty cool. Never heard of Heroin #2. If we couldn't cure them, we could at least make them more comfortable. Hey, if it gave some poor suffering person some relief, it's all good.
