Ball jars often have some minimal crudity such as a few bubbles or a straw mark or a slight whittle or some waviness. Sometimes they have missing letters due to filled molds. My experience has not found substantial crudity in them. This example, while not an extremely crude jar, is a very nice example for a Ball jar. The straw lines are deep and they continue onto the base. I am going to put it in the crude collection until a Ball collector can trade me a more crude jar for it. George
