hey nancy, woops its below i think all liquor bottles have a date this one i know is the date cause all the bottles from the dump are from 1939-41 mike
I may be off a mile , but could these possibly be toothbrush containers which might have had plastic ends that could be removed ? I don't know why , but I want to think that the early packaging on toothbrushes were possibly glass . And then too , I might be completely full of it !
Mine is from 42 then. Everything on the bottom of it is the same as yours except it has 42 where yours has 41, and the makers mark is to the left of the numbers. The town on the front is Lynchburg, Tenn. Thanks
Could you tell me about the ink on the left ? does it say anything on the sides? and what does it say on the bottom? Thanks..it looks like one I just dug up yesterday...I believe it's F fairmont?
My ink? sorry it's a bit blurry..not a good picture night...It is a very cool round shape with what I call honey been shape. It had white powder type stuff on the sides and bottom inside...WOW white powder..that doesn't sound good....LOL Yep time for bed...enjoy the pic. farmgal
