Hi everyone,
Australia is at present experiencing a rather warm (dare I say HOT) summer, with the Adelaide maximums for Saturday and Sunday last (17 & 18 February) being 41 and 38 respectively, so the Forum Members from South Australia have not really been doing very much digging lately. In all likelyhood, we will have a warm March also.
As many of you will know, we have our own Forum, (http://aabc.9.forumer.com/index.php?act=idx), and while we here in Adelaide have not been out digging, some Forumers from other states have. Some may know Carmo, who went diving in the Murray (still flowing) and got a nice ultra rare Corowa Codd. Its on our Aussie Forum!

Anyone collect Lysol bottles. There are a couple of nice ones on the forum.
A beautiful violet bottle can be found here:

Before I change the subject slightly, check out the Bitters, Gins, Sars and Schnapps. Fantastic!

Adelaide will host the 36th Australian National Bottle Show on saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of June this year. More information can be found at http://www.angelfire.com/rock3/rickirving/AHBC.html
There are 58 separate categories for bottles, and 23 for collectables. Hopefully, we will have a very successful show.

If you would like to know more of what happens on the Australian Antique Bottle Scene, then do please join us. It is totally free, and you will get to meet many interesting characters (sorry, bottle collectors).

Cheers

Tandy
