Yeah, sure I remember that story, lots of people talked about it, very interesting.. I know it drove the construction workers crazy, cause they had to stop working. But history is important, so i can understand that

Bram, do you remember the story of the slave cemetery found under Court street in Portsmouth?

HERE IN GA. WE HAVE A BOTTLE RADIUM WATER TOO.Radium Springs is best known as the location of one of the "Seven Natural Wonders of Georgia": the largest natural spring in the state. The deep blue waters of Radium Springs flow at 70,000 gallons (265,000 liters) per minute and empty into the Flint River. There is also an extensive underwater cavern system.

The water contains trace sources of radium and the temperature is 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius) year round.

Prior to the discovery of radium in the water in 1925, the site was known as "Blue Springs".

WE HAVE A BOTTLE THAT WAS REAL COMMON.EARLY MACHINE MADE,BUT HAVE NOT SEEN ONE IN A LONG TIME.HAD A CROWN TOP .AQUA AND BOUT 8 INCHES OR SO HIGH.

Once again, thanks you for all the information everyone;greatly appreciated. I got out for about 2 hours in the rain and worked a little more into the dump, today wasn't as successful as some of the other days but I still managed a couple decent bottles. There is still more dump to be dug so I will keep everyone posted as this dig continues.
I started by clearing out a nice hole and dug to the bottom of the dump to see how deep it went.

I had a cave in and usually I hate cave-ins but no when nice bottles like this fall out. I had the screw top variation of this bottle but this is the first cork top Ive dug. Everlasting Black Dye Baltimore, Md.

And it was but its a very interesting one. It is ABM and is about a quart sized bottle. I was thinking possibly some kindof spring water bottle. Does anyone know anything about it. I know I have never seen an automatic bottle machine blob before.

This bottle ended up being one of many round bottom abm soda bottles, does anyone need these becuase I just leave them behind. I would be glad to trade these for some Maryland bottles if anyone is interested.

A couple of large wine bottles down in the hole. So far this interesting dump has produced over 50 of these large olive and emerald green quart sized wine bottles.
