Lesson learned. If asked a hundred times I would of said the teal was real. I have dug a few of the Prussian blue ones, seen the aquas, etc. But always thought the Teals were legit. I am blown away.

Do most agree the teals are nuked?

There ARE definitely real teal ones, I have one I'm just saying I don't think that one was - $257 bucks wow, quite the rip-off! The Baltimore book lists teal blue? and teal green?, I'd like to see both colors side by side - not sure if both are represented in my collection, its grown, I need to post a pic. I always assumed teal green was the teal we think of so what's teal blue? Is it the prussian blue? Is it like kelly green and kelly blue?

Cool little variant Joe - hadn't seen that one, did you dig it? I haven't been able to halfway keep up with posts since I came back - too much ELSE to catch up on, I'll have to search for your old post. There's a Chelf's celery or something also I think?.

NO! Ben, as Steve said,...Not all are nuked...I have dug the teal Bromo's. It's a natural variant. The wide mouth abm bromo's seem to be the likely suspects here, and the teal one above falls under suspicion because it's with the weird green one and of the same vintage...Not because they all were. What an awful thing to affect our cool and great hobby. The most interesting and enjoyable old objects, being subjected to a modern and deplorable procedure...
