I suppose modern would be the correct category considering everything I've found pertaining to John Longinotti & Co. dates around 1910. I wouldn't want to mislead anyone into believing it is older than early 1900's. I wish I new more about the company like when they started their whiskey operation. In my opinion early 1900's is far from modern, but "it is what it is" [][][][][]
