Vase-Like wide mouth bottle Pat 1900

I have wondered what this is and what it is worth since my Brother dug it last fall.

It is 6.5 inches tall. Any info appreciated ... RJ

Man RJ it looks like some kind of crazy old pickle or wine decanter but a little too small, maybe olives? But unusual neck and bigger bottom almost looks like an "urn" shape..[X(]
